Aplio/Phone Savings Calculator

Use the calculator below to estimate the savings you'll realize with Aplio/Phone. See the instructions below if you are not sure what to enter.

Instructions:

1. Type your monthly long distance bill in the first blank. Do not enter any spaces, dollar signs or commas.

2. When making free calls over the Internet, each person you call must have an Aplio/Phone or a computer with Internet telephony software. Since most long distance calls are to a single destination (parents, spouse, a branch office) it makes sense for each of you to have an Aplio/Phone.

In the second blank, enter the percentage of your total long distance bill that you call any single destination. For example, if three-fourths of your total long-distance bill is due to calls to your parents, enter 75.

3. Enter the monthly cost of your Internet service in the third blank. For example, if your monthly cost is $20, enter 20. If you're already paying for Internet service and don't want to figure the cost into the savings calculation, simply leave this blank empty or enter a zero.

4. Click the button at the bottom of the form. Your monthly and yearly savings will be displayed.
